Having been here since 2005 i’ve seen a-lot. From the 2008 subprime mortgage crisis to the pandemic, I understand firsthand the consequences of foreclosure. Foreclosure is the beginning of a 10 year nightmare that only starts with you and all your stuff getting dragged into the street in front of your friends and family. Its 10 years of the bank and collections hounding you. 10 years of you having your wages garnished. 10 years of bad credit that prevents you from getting a car or home. I have also witnessed lower income families get a contract to sell their house, only to be required to make repairs they can’t afford to make. That’s where I’m here to help.
